ABOUT US
Brick Church Meats & More is a family owned and operated processing plant on the Northeast side of Giles County, TN. Brad and Brooklynn Young have partnered with Billy Bloomhall, owner of LoKey Ranch, to provide both custom and USDA inspected processing to Giles, Marshall, Lawrence, Lincoln and surrounding counties. Our location, less than 2 miles from Exit 22 on I-65 allows us to conveniently serve our neighbors. We also provide retail meats in our storefront. We pride ourselves on our high quality products and services as well as our cleanliness in our 12,000 square feet, state of the art building.
Whether you are a farmer that prefers custom processing to feed your family, a farmer wanting to sell your beef to the public, or someone who wants to purchase two dry aged steaks for the weekend… Brick Church Meats & More can serve you!
Brad & Brooklynn, both native to Giles County, have raised their daughter, Paisley, here as
well. Paisley will be assisting in the scheduling and retail part of the business.
